Independent Equity Research Corp., operating as eResearch, collects information from our Registered Users during the registration process. This information is used to develop relationships with our Registered Users and to enhance continually our Web-site. We hold our users and your privacy concerns in the highest regard, such that the maintenance of your privacy is paramount to us. We will never divulge your personal information to anyone, anytime, unless authorized by law.

eResearch may make content or services from other web-sites, including those of our Partners, available to you from links located on our Web-site. During the registration process, you are asked to provide personal information. Some of the information items are mandatory while others are optional. eResearch collects this information to know our Registered Users better, with the goal of providing you with the best possible services. We use the information collected to assemble demographic statistics only.

We automatically collect usage information whenever you visit our Web-site. This information assists us in evaluating how our Registered Users use and navigate our Web-site on an aggregate basis, including the number and frequency of visitors to each web page, and the length of each visit. We do not monitor usage on an individual basis.

From time to time, eResearch may conduct online surveys to improve our services, or we may seek the opinions of our Registered Users. These surveys are entirely voluntary and it is easy to decline participation.

The eResearch Web-site is not directed at individuals under thirteen years of age, and we will not collect any personally identifiable information from such individuals.

The personally identifiable information we collect is stored in limited access servers. We use all reasonable efforts to maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personal information.

eResearch makes all reasonable effort to ensure that the information Registered Users provide is correct and up-to-date. New Registered Users are provided with a welcome e-mail after signing up for our service. Personal information can be changed at any time.
