eResearch hires all Analysts on a contract basis, not as employees. Analysts work from their own premises, not from eResearch offices.

Analysts are assigned companies to cover when such research is required by the companies, which pay for the report up front. Analysts receive a fee upon completion of the written report.

Many of our Analysts also have full or part-time jobs, but are able to cover a few companies for eResearch to gain supplementary income. Some of our Analysts are retired analysts who were with major brokerages, and want to earn some extra money and also keep current with the investment community.
